Re-purposed and re-imagined! Original jacket (by Luis Alvear) is very soft leather in awesome condition, no signs of wear. A hemp themed burlap sack was carefully selected for color and style, custom-fit and sewn on the back for a brand-new edgy look. This is a one-of-a-kind item! In 1967, before road rage, political rage, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, COVID-19 and death by texting, there was a peace movement, a meditation studio, and some really good rock and roll music. The “Age of Aquarius” had been introduced into the American mainstream culture. Over fifty years ago the Summer of Love was followed by a peace love and happiness celebration at Woodstock.
